Artificial Intelligence to Optimise Manufacturing Quality Control 

Volkswagen Autoeuropa, located in Portugal, is an automotive production plant that is part of the Volkswagen Group. Its main focus is the production of multi-brand vehicles.

In collaboration with Habber Tec, Volkswagen Autoeuropa has developed the Road Test Predictor, an innovative software that uses machine learning algorithms to reliably predict the outcome of on-track tests. These tests are crucial, as they are the last quality control point before final vehicle approval and delivery to the customer. The software is based on real-time production data collected along the assembly line, starting from the body-building stage, ensuring optimal reliability of its results.
