With the sponsorship of the company’s management and in close collaboration with its main functional areas, Habber Tec designed, built and delivered the CA Seguros Claims Management Information System. To develop the solution, Habber carried out the requirements survey of several business areas; in addition to the uniformity of cross-cutting concepts in the different areas and design of the Data Warehousing and Datamart solution. Among the benefits achieved are the improvement in the capacity for the implementation of decision support tools; increased management and decision-making capacity in due course; global improvement in the processes for monitoring the company’s claims (from all branches); and in the integration of the entire BI infrastructure.
