More than 80 processes installed and operating, related to the commercial management of customers, constitute the work that we have carried out in less than 18 months so that Banco Popular (today part of Banco Santander) could systematize the necessary work, order document management and comply with banking regulations. Framed within the company’s digitization program, it was one of the key pieces to improve productivity and start the path of continuous improvement in the processes carried out in more than 2,000 branches by more than 10.000 employees.
