Presenting the UCI Case at Think España 2020

Habber Tec would like to invite you on the 15th of October to the Think Digital Summit Spain 2020, the most important technology event of the year, in which IBM encourages us to re-imagine how to get society and business moving in the new normalcy.

Habber will be present in the Experts Zone and will present the paper that the Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios (UCI) CEO, José Antonio Borreguero, will explain how artificial intelligence and automation have helped them to improve customer service and at the same time be more agile and efficient.

In fact, it will be shown how the solution developed for UCI by Habber Tec and with IBM technologies is capable of providing a real-time response to mortgage applications, automating 80% of credit decisions, thanks to predictive machine learning models, combined with risk policies and cognitive services that improve the user experience and capture new data.

MATERIALS

In this video, José Antonio Borreguero, CIO of Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios, talks about “Intelligent Decision” also known as Phy-Digital-Pid. This is Habber Tec’s artificial intelligence solution developed for UCI with IBM’s Watson technology with the goal of improving, in time and quality, the process of mortgage loan analysis.

This application is capable of providing a real-time response to mortgage applications, automating 80% of credit decisions, thanks to predictive machine learning models, combined with risk policies and cognitive services that improve the user experience while obtaining and processing new data.
