With the aim of achieving digital transformation, the European University (one of the five best private universities in Spain) has incorporated IBM’s Business Process Management (BPM) tool, with which we have developed several automation projects at Habber. Currently, we are working on the integrated management system of the Learning Guides for each subject of all careers (some documents that are offered to all students, by mandate of the regulatory entities). Until recently, these guides were made manually, with the participation of different people and departments in the processes, generating different inconveniences, such as slow response times for those involved, lack of uniformity, bottlenecks, among others. With the management system, the process has been fully automated, generating real-time visibility and control of the process, effective communication between those involved, saving time / costs and, above all, a higher quality product for your students.
