The Spanish Ministry of Defence implemented the first processes on the IBM BAW solution as part of the digital transformation initiative it committed itself, thanks to us. This led to improvements in the management of the different processes and users to provide a 360º view of the work, allowing a more efficient use of resources, in the management of end-to-end processes (definition, modelling, implementation, monitoring and control of execution, performance indicators), and in the establishment of improvement cycles, with data on execution and common issues.
