One of the most important chocolate producing companies in Spain, Chocolates Lacasa, needed a technological solution that would organize and automate the process of new developments that they carry out to provide their products to corporate clients in the form of a private label. The solution we develop uses IBM BPM (Business Process Management) technology and is responsible for orchestrating the necessary work from the client’s request, estimates and economic validation, packaging design, industrial testing to final acceptance, consolidating all the information around a document manager that allows auditing the process and compliance with the required quality standards.
