The year began with great force for the technology sector. The world’s most current and cutting-edge strategies for automation, cloud and cognitive were unveiled at Fast Start 2020, the largest IBM Cloud sales event.

Three editions are held during the year, the first in Vienna in January, in February in Las Vegas and in March in Singapore. More than 5,300 people from all over the world attended the first edition of Vienna and the new low-code / no-code tools from the business automation area were presented to the public for the first time:

• IBM Automation Digital Worker, to create your own robots in a no-code environment.
• IBM Automation Workstream Services, to quickly run ad-hoc processes without the need for development.
• IBM Automation Decision Services, to design and deploy business decisions without the need for technical knowledge.
• IBM Business Application Designer, to create applications in record time using low-code technology.

All these functionalities are included within the IBM Cloud Pak for Automation product, a modular and scalable solution, prepared for multi-cloud environments and container technology.
