LONDON, UK, May 22, 2024 – Habber Tec announces that it has been named Global Winner of the IBM Partner Plus 2024 Awards in the “Automation” category, one of 6 global winners out of hundreds of entries.

Habber Tec worked with Spain’s largest bank to implement a solution that automates and optimizes back-office processes. Based on IBM Business Automation Workflow and IBM Automation Insights technologies, the solution helps organise and distribute tasks to agents in their operational centres and provides managers with a set of real-time dashboards, allowing them to better prioritise and balance workloads between operational centres and back-office teams. As a result, response time to complex customer requests has been significantly reduced, and office staff can spend more quality time with customers.

The first edition of the IBM Partner Plus Awards recognises business partners in the IBM ecosystem who are advancing businesses, transforming industries and creating positive impact through collaboration. In April, 30 geographic winners were selected from hundreds of entries submitted in six anonymous categories and evaluated based on their expertise, partnership, impact and innovation. From these 30 Geographic Award winners, six Global Winners were chosen and recognised on 20 May at IBM Partner Plus Day during Think 2024.
