Thanks to this automation solution, there has been a significant and consistent increase in productivity in the bank’s Operational Centres, which also serve as corporate operational hubs, fulfilling their objective of providing service to the numerous business processes supporting back-office tasks. This helps decrease the workload of branch staff, thereby enhancing the satisfaction and experience of the bank’s customers, and naturally, improving the bank’s business results. Additionally, managers now have visibility to key business indicators in a set of real-time dashboards, allowing them to better prioritize and balance workloads between centres and teams.
